FIM Ministries is a 501(c)3 inter-denominational ministry that helps sexually broken people become whole and free in Jesus Christ.
We attack the problem three ways.
- Loving Accountability: We have authentic transparent relationships with one another sharing our failures, hurts, and triumphs. Most people struggle with sexual sin in isolation and shame. We have one meeting and at least three phone calls with fellow members each week to help sharpen our minds and invite help into our lives.
- Rigorously Retrain Our Minds: You win or lose the battle between your ears. Inevitably, we believed lies and suffered intense wounds. By exposing these lies to God’s truth, you can form new habits, build new neural pathways, and experience a true renewal of your mind.
- Operative Power of the Holy Spirit Through Prayer: We are in a spiritual battle and we need God’s help for victory. Paul said, “If by the Spirit we put to death the deeds of the flesh we will live.” We absolutely need God’s power active in our lives so prayer is essential to this ministry.
